General "For Hire" usage rules

Staff member
Here are a few rules to ensure you get better responses (and don't get your listing taken down)
  1. Be as descriptive as possible. Instead of "hire me for your JS projects", go more in-depth in regards to what your current strengths and weaknesses are.
  2. Include examples of past projects. Whether for a client, or just hobby projects. If possible, go into detail regarding what was done and the tools used.
  3. Include an hourly rate. If you're unsure of an hourly rate, ballpark it. Then, let viewers know that your price is negotiable.
  4. If you have any references who are a member here, have them follow up on your post, with a recommendation.
Happy hacking!
